We want to inform you that some of our reservation platforms have suffered a cyberattack. They have managed to obtain the data of some clients requesting them through a link that they have received by WhatsApp and/or email, the payment of the reservation they have with us and the consequent fraudulent charge.
We want to let you know that it has already been reported and we are working on it.
If you’ve received an email requesting your credit card number, please DO NOT PAY ATTENTION. Remember, Set Hotels will never ask for your card details via email. Charges for stays are paid at the time of reservation via credit card or upon arrival at the hotel.
