Management cannot be held responsible for any loss of articles of value unless they are deposited in the Hotel safes.
The use of the safe in your room has a cost of € 12 per week + € 6 deposit.
Be careful with your belongings on terraces that are easily accessible from the outside.
We suggest that you do not leave belongings unattended outside, such as on the apartment terraces or in the pool areas. This establishment is not responsible for the personal belongings of its clients and is not responsible for possible theft of unattended material.
RUBBISH
All garbage is collected every morning by the municipal services. In order to avoid bad smells as well as flies or ants, we kindly ask you to drop the rubbish bags inside the rubbish containers, which are located on the street.
ANTS & OTHER INSECTS
Due to the mild climate of Menorca, ants and other insects can sometimes become a problem. Therefore, we must to avoid any food that might attract them. It is better to keep all food open in the refrigerator.
Starting this season, as a service improvement, there will be cleaning service from Monday to Saturday. We only rest on Sundays, but our entire SETH team is available for any suggestions you may have.
The cleaning service includes:
- Cleaning of the apartment from Monday to Saturday, excluding the kitchen, terrace trash removal
- Bed linen change once a week
- Towel change once a week

Refundable deposit: A deposit of 30€ is requested, which will be refunded when the remote control is returned.
- Our pool opening hours are from 09.00 am. – 07.00 pm.
We remind you that for security reasons it is not permitted to jump into the pool, as well as the use of inflatable beds or other inflatable objects.
It is advisable to take a shower before using the pool.
It is not permitted to reserve sunbeds.
Please respect the rules set forth by the pool.
